Tamara Tilleman (HKS’05) will review the role of paradigms in leadership, how to search for the next paradigm in your industry and how to become the person who can apply new ways of thinking to propel opportunity, growth and innovation.  This discussion will help will consider a different way of thinking about leadership, paradigms, and decision making.

Dr. Tamara Tilleman, Dean of Clinical Sciences and a professor of Surgery at Medical University of the Americas, has devoted considerable research to paradigms and their influences on decision making and organizational success.  Her experience in innovation, quality management and vocational education spans 3 continents and 20 years. 

Her two pioneering training programs, Excellencier™ and Successier™, are based on her research on paradigms at Harvard University and Erasmus University. Those programs have assisted transforming organizations and individuals to deliver and sustain excellent performance. 

Tamara is a graduate of Harvard Kennedy School (2005), the coauthor of the bestselling books Going the Extra Mile and Positive Mental Attitude, and the co-founder of Boston Electro Optics and Boston Fortune.
