Laurence J. Stybel will discuss why people are attracted to calm assertive leaders and how you can become one through the words you use and the way you position your body. He is a doctoral level (Harvard University) psychologist, co-founder of two companies, and a national figure on leadership. He has done leadership development for Harvard University, the United States Coast Guard, Cybersecurity Industry Alliance, MITRE, and Raytheon.
He is co author of NAVIGATING THE WATERFALL, a book about career management and leadership in the 21st Century. Larry is co founder of Stybel Peabody Associates, Inc. in Boston.
