Volunteer with CAP and put your business skills to work helping your community. Community Action Partners (CAP) of HBSAB is an alliance of local HBS and Kennedy School alumni working with Boston area nonprofits on pro-bono management consulting projects. To volunteer, complete the CAP Volunteer Application before the deadline of Friday, September 7th. Sign up early as we will close popular projects to new volunteers once they fill up.

• Projects run from October to May.  • The time commitment averages 4 hours of work per week which may include team meetings, client meetings, and individual or group work. Volunteers must have sufficient schedule flexibility to make team and client meetings.  • CAP teams are generally made up of 5-6 alumni volunteers.
