Leadership Workshop XL: Leadership Blind Spots - The Achilles Heel of Leadership

Blind spots are the unseen saboteurs of leadership effectiveness; and almost every leader is at risk of falling prey to them. They can be personal traits or aspects a leader does not recognize about the way they act, react, behave, or believe. Blind spots can limit and have an adverse impact on a leader's effectiveness. Unconscious misperceptions may stem from preconceived notions, bias, and assumptions about a myriad of things: the marketplace, the organization, or people on our teams. Blind spots result in our losing sight of what is in front of us.
During this workshop, we will:
Explore the Blind Spots that Sabotage Leadership Effectiveness.
Assess Our Own 'Blind Spot' Susceptibility.
Discuss Strategies to Avoid Blind Spots.
ABOUT OUR SPEAKER: Madelyn Yucht
Madelyn Yucht, KSG '93, has specialized in working with Executives and their Teams for over 25 years. She has worked with thousands of leaders.
She will share stories and examples from her experiences and provide very practical guidance in how, as a leader, you can build 'awareness' into how you lead.
