Jim Gomes (MPP/JD '79) has spent his career in public service as a governmental official, environmental policy advocate, and university administrator. But politics has always been his passion.

He signed on to his first political campaign at the age of fifteen and has since taken on staff roles for many Democratic political figures including John Kerry, Michael Dukakis, Evelyn Murphy, and Deval Patrick. 

Since January of 2009, Jim has shared reflections and commentary on national elections at our leadership breakfast meetings.  He will do so again.
