Back to the Classroom: Building Inclusive Organizations

Join HKSNEAA and HKS Women's Network for a conversation with Raafi Alidina, MPP 2017, on strategies for building inclusive organizations. Raafi plans to discuss his background and research in behavioral insights to design and implement interventions to improve equality, diversity, and create inclusive cultures in organizations.

Speakers

Raafi Alidina got an undergraduate degree at Harvard in 2012.  After that, he worked as a Research Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership at HKS, was awarded an International Development and Management fellowship that sent him to Dhaka, Bangladesh, then completed a Masters in Public Policy at HKS in 2017.   Raafi is currently a consultant and the Data & Product Lead with London-based Diversity and Inclusion consultancy Included, where he helps leaders develop more inclusive behaviors and create more inclusive workplace cultures.

His articles and work on D&I have been featured in newspapers, magazines, podcasts, and radio and television programs across North America, Europe, and Africa. He is the co-author (with Stephen Frost) of the book Building an Inclusive Organization: Leveraging the Power of a Diverse Workforce (KoganPage, 2019)
