Join us for an interactive group coaching session on the topic of management!  Whether you’re an experienced manager or new to the role, you likely have questions about how to better equip and develop your team, particularly as work environments have changed so much over the past several years.  Come prepared to share a challenge you’re experiencing to workshop with your peers and to provide advice to others who could benefit from your insights.  The session will be facilitated by Betsy Cowan Neptune (MCMPA ‘18).

Betsy Cowan Neptune has nearly 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship in Latin America and the U.S., in addition to experience in the non-profit and public sectors.  As a coach, she helps individuals and organizations maximize their impact by offering responsive coaching, wise thought partnership, and tools. She coaches entrepreneurs and public and non-profit leaders and has taught on the topics of entrepreneurship and leadership. Betsy completed the MCMPA program in 2018, is trained in mediation and facilitation, and has a certificate in non-profit management.
