Developing an organizational strategy always involves making difficult choices. But in these uncertain times, strategic decisions have become even more challgning and complex - for non-profits, businesses, government, and academic institutions. By anticipating and responding strategically to social, economic and political changes, successful organizations develop agility, resilience, and competitive advantage.

This HKSNE presentation will address governance and leadership requirements, as well as key approaches for "diagnosing" organizational issues that are obstacles to sustainability. Topics will include: setting priorities; securing sources of funding / revenues; identifying key stakeholder groups; developing an holistic organizational plan; and executing that strategy with relentless focus to achieve success.
