Ellen Meyer Shorb will facilitate a conversation on techniques we use to create and manage productive, engaged, and efficient teams. In her work with nonprofit senior teams and boards on strategy and team-building, Ellen has found it useful to name, explain, and give away these tools. Similarly, in this conversation, we will share what we have learned with each other.

About our Speaker:  Ellen Meyer Shorb
Ellen Meyer Shorb, a principal at BlueSagePartners.com, has over 25 years experience in the nonprofit sector as a senior manager, consultant, trainer, and coach. She was a senior manager in three organizations; helped start a leadership consulting company with Harvard professors Heifetz and Linsky; and taught leadership at Northeastern and strategic planning at BC. She has a Stanford MBA, a Harvard Kennedy School MPP, and a Dartmouth BA.
