Virtual leadership breakfast meeting:Reflections on Leadership Challenges and Strategies

Our next leadership breakfast meeting will feature HKS alumna Pat Stanton.  Drawing on a wealth of experience from work in government, private sector, and non-profit organizations, she will reflect on leadership challenges and strategies.

Pat Stanton is the Executive Director of E4TheFuture which promotes residential clean energy and sustainable resource solutions to advance climate protection and economic fairness by influencing federal, state and local policies, and by helping to build a resilient and vibrant energy efficiency and clean energy sector.

Prior to E4TheFuture she served as policy advocacy lead at CSG and led a consulting service for Clean Energy Markets participants. Her experience in government includes the creation of innovative programs as Deputy Commissioner at the MA Department of Energy Resources, Assistant Commissioner of Waste Prevention at the MA Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Director of DEP’s Division of Water Supply.  She earned master’s degrees from the Harvard Kennedy School (MPA) and MIT (Civil Engineering). She is also a power knitter and a cyclist in the American Lung Association’s Trek Across Maine the past few years.
