Learn Italian Through Cheese and Chocolate on Valentine's Day


Do you like cheese and chocolate?

Come spend a delicious hour learning about (and eating!) Italian cheeses and chocolate. During this class, we’ll taste multiple cheeses from all around Italy and learn how to pair them with multiple types of chocolate. We’ll also learn some Italian words and phrases, as well as some Italian food history!

No prior knowledge of the Italian language required, come as you are!

About the instructor:

Julia Millon is a lifelong lover of cheese, travel, and languages. After traveling to Italy as a young child, and living in Viterbo, Italy her junior year of high school, Julia fell in love with the Italian language, culture, and food. She went on to major in Italian at the University of Colorado at Boulder and continues to teach Italian to adults today. Outside of teaching, Julia works in Development for Harvard Law School and is pursuing a master's degree in history with a focus on medical humanities at Harvard University.
